Fordham University – Faber Hall Multi-Purpose Space, Bronx, NY
Provided GC services to deliver the complete renovation of a 180 seat multipurpose event venue including new entrance lobby, custom designed restrooms, and full service commercial kitchen. The scope of work included installation of new storefronts with custom drapery, installation of imported stone tile with stainless steel inlays, custom print carpet, multi-tiered ceilings with custom lighting, and custom fabricated metal canopies and radiator enclosures. Using our in-house millwork facility, custom wood wall panels, doors and cabinetry were constructed and installed throughout the space. The contract also included coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical and mechanical services throughout; including a state-of-the-art audio/visual system.
