As the Project Supervisor, Adam oversees the work breakdown structure. He works closely with site supervisor to handle all responsibility and task assignments; assists the site supervisor with understanding the scope of work and helps with planning all project related activities including group activities and critical activities; determines and establishes the project resource and qualification requirements; prepares, organizes and schedules timely ordering of material, tools, and equipment; holds site supervisor accountable for successful completion of each activity and for reaching desired outcome; and enforces all company rules and regulations.
