Provided GC and design-build services to deliver the complete renovation of a 220 seat restaurant, lower level lounge, including a commercial kitchen.  The scope of work included new interior walls, custom doors and frames, two bathrooms, ADA bathroom, two custom-built bars with graphic counters and granite façade, installation of new architectural storefronts with custom drapery, installation of porcelain tile with detailed inlays and borders, multi-tiered ceilings with custom lighting, The project also included coordinating the installation of complete new custom furniture, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, sprinklers, and mechanical services throughout; including a state-of-the-art audio/visual system.
