Provided GC services to build-out three floors of office space for the Executive Vice President for Research. Scope included demolition, installation of framing and drywall, drop ceilings with custom lighting, ceramic wall and floor tile, kitchen cabinets with granite counters and back splashes, finish carpentry, self-leveling sub floor with parterre floor covering, suite door and frame replacements, installation of wall covering, and painting of surfaces throughout. The contract also included coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm and mechanical services throughout.
