Provided GC services to renovate an existing academic lounge. Scope involved demolition of finishes throughout the lounge; installation of new walls, ceiling and floor finishes; fabrication of custom chalkboards and cabinetry; and painting. The contract also included coordinating the installation of a complete new electrical service throughout the suite. All work was completed within a condensed timeline during the summer break.
