Provided GC services to upgrade an existing 200-seat auditorium/ lecture hall. Scope included refinishing of existing wood wall paneling and flooring throughout, replacement of deteriorated wood at the stage face, refurbishment of existing seats, and painting of all walls. The contract also included coordinating the upgrade of the existing audio/visual system and replacement of select electrical fixtures.
