Provided GC services to deliver the complete renovation of a pediatric dental and orthodontic office along Central Park West. Beginning in the planning stage, our Project team worked closely with the architect and designer to ensure the overall design intent for this high-end space was maintained throughout the construction process. Scope included demolition, installation of framing and drywall, drop ceilings with custom lighting and integrated flat screens, custom sliding glass doors, stone wall and floor tile with custom patterns, installation of wall covering, and painting of surfaces throughout. Detailed shop drawings were prepared by our in-house CAD department for all the custom millwork which was fabricated and finished in our state-of-the-art 6,500 square foot millwork shop. The contract also included coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm and mechanical services throughout.
