Provided Design-Build services to oversee the complete renovation of this upper west side duplex apartment. Located within a historic brownstone, the project involved reconfiguring the entire space while maintaining key historic details. Scope included rough framing and drywall, wood herringbone floors, tiling, finish carpentry, custom kitchen cabinets, custom wood weight and pulley windows, painting, bluestone pavers at the courtyard and exterior steel stair; including coordination of all mechanical, plumbing and electrical trades.
