Provided GC services to combine multiple offices in the campus library to create a tutor center for the English Department. Scope involved installation of new floor finish, multi-tiered ceiling with custom lighting, and painting. Using our in-house millwork facility, custom wood and glass vision panels were fabricated at the entry wall, as well as, a custom bookcase to house A/V equipment. The contract also included coordinating the installation of a complete new electrical and mechanical services throughout the suite.
