As a Construction Manager, Andrea currently oversees and tracks our bidding process, and is responsible for overseeing project management activities, including all interior and exterior projects. She is also responsible for creating long term value for the organization by overseeing the quality of the services we provide and be able to continue to expand and grow our business relationships. Andrea has over 8 years of experience in the industry, prior to joining Mamais, she began her career working for a national facilities management firm and later took on a role as a Project Manager working for one of the largest property damage restoration firms in NYC and evolved into positions including Sr. Project Manager, and Regional Manager. She gained experience working closely with building owners and managers handling complex emergency projects and was able to grow the environmental capabilities of the firm. During her career, she was able to complete extensive training including obtaining her 30 Hour OSHA Construction Certificate on Safety and Health as well as various IICRC Certifications and has been licensed as an Asbestos Supervisor for 2 years.
