As the Service Manager, Anthony supervises the in-house workforce working on rapid repairs (RR) in occupied, unoccupied and public spaces for general maintenance. His primary responsibilities include assessing the requirements of each request and assemble the appropriate supplies, materials, tools, equipment and work crews to complete the reactive repair; ensure quick, timely and efficient service to address any emergency or hazardous work conditions that require immediate attention; ensure all work orders are completed and submitted on time; oversee and check the quality of work performed; scheduling and phasing required work by assessing the customer needs and job requirements; and scheduling all pre and post inspections to ensure desired outcome of effective and efficient service.
