As the Construction Operations Manager, Chris provides overall management to the Field Team ensuring all completion criteria is accomplished by interfacing with all project stakeholders. He is accountable for establishing and executing the work plan; executing the project schedule and timeline; securing all appropriate resources; managing all project-related actions to ensure project effectiveness and efficiency. He is responsible for meeting the project targets including costs, budgets, schedules, quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction. He is also responsible for the overall “project impact” in meeting the strategic, operational, and financial goals including all project objectives. All Field Team members report to the Construction Operations Manager.
