As the Construction Manager, Greg supports the Project Team with managing various functions of the construction project. Responsible for the monitoring and coordination of all aspects of the project development and construction schedule. Acts as a liaison to the Project Team concerning subcontractor coordination, RFI’s, submittals, project schedules and procurement of long lead items/deliverables. Assist with the overall planning and execution of the contracted scope of work to maintain a well-organized and efficient project. Primary responsibilities include identify long lead items to ensure project is delivered by established deadline; maintain logs for tracking shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, requests for information, project delays, and other documents as determined necessary; maintain critical knowledge of the job to obtain all required submittal approvals to meet project milestones; coordinate distribution of updated information to subcontractors and vendors; maintain and update project schedules throughout construction; coordinate timely completion of all required project close-out documents and manuals per contract; and collect certificates of occupancy, copies of as-built drawings, permits and all necessary construction related documents for the project close-out.
