As the Service Supervisor, Derek assist with supervising the in-house workforce working on rapid repairs (RR) in occupied, unoccupied and public spaces for general maintenance. His primary responsibilities include assessing the requirements of each request and assembles the appropriate supplies, materials, tools, equipment and work crews to complete the reactive repair; keeps accurate time and materials for each repair; tracks and documents all materials pulled from in-house inventory to ensure work order accuracy. Ensures quick, timely and efficient service to address any emergency or hazardous work conditions that require immediate attention. Responsible for making sure all work orders are completed and submitted on time. Overseeing and checking the quality of work performed. Scheduling and phasing required work by assessing the customer needs and job requirements. Provide quick and effective solutions to meet customer expectations. Scheduling all pre and post inspections to ensure desired outcome of effective and efficient service.
