As the Project Manager, Leo is responsible for monitoring project progress and sequences. He provides the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor necessary tools and support to meet all required timelines and milestones; coordinates and schedules subcontractors and long-lead deliverables; collaborates with the project team and subcontractors with all planning and execution efforts including two week look ahead planning; prepares and sends daily field reports; helps with streamlining impact areas to develop a high-level of efficiency by utilizing best practices and most efficient means and methods; prepares RFI request to clarify project inconsistencies, uncertainties or unknowns; documents all change orders during the execution identifying changes that fall outside the project boundaries or original bid requirements.
