As the Millwork Supervisor, Nick oversees the day-to-day operations in our 6,500 SF millwork shop. His primary responsibilities include coordinate the manufacturing staff in the facility and maintain the production schedule; assure timely completion of work orders; work with the Project Managers to handle special custom orders, specific customers, or resolve unique circumstances; place orders and keep Project Managers informed of manufacturing status; ensure that adequate equipment and shop supplies are available to complete each work order; supervise and expedite rush orders, review schedules to offset delays caused my manufacturing problems; identify, evaluate, and present to management the issues related to expediting particular rush orders such as overtime and other related costs; and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
