Low Library General Upgrade
Provided GC services to upgrade an existing printing room into a dean’s office suite. Scope involved installation of new walls, ceiling and floor finishes, restoration of existing doors, custom metal radiator covers and painting. The contract also included coordinating the installation of a complete new electrical service throughout the suite.
