Building wide window replacement at a 1920’s Upper West Side residential building. Scope included installation of aluminum double hung windows throughout a fully-occupied building. The installation required close coordination with building management to minimize the disruption to tenants. Scope included verifying field dimensions of all window openings, preparation of shop drawings, coordinating directly with each tenant to produce an overall project schedule, providing schedule updates to building management throughout the project, installation of temporary protection, removal of existing windows, installation of new specified windows, and coordination of final inspections.
