Provided GC services to build-out a full floor office suite. Scope included demolition, installation of framing and drywall, drop ceilings with custom lighting, ceramic wall and floor tile, custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, suite door and frame replacements, and painting of surfaces throughout. The contract also included coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm and mechanical services throughout.
