Provided GC services to oversee the complete renovation of the first floor in this single family residence. The project involved reconfiguring the entire living space to create an open floor plan. Scope included demolition of interior walls and install of new steel support beams, creation of new door and window openings, subfloors, rough framing and drywall, wood floors, tiling, finish carpentry, kitchen cabinets, custom millwork and painting; including coordination of plumbing and electrical trades. Using our in-house millwork facility, custom wood built-ins were fabricated for the living room to provide maximize storage space.
