Provided GC services to oversee the complete renovation of a prewar 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment on the upper west side. The project involved rough framing and drywall, tiling, finish carpentry, and full kitchen and bath replacements; including coordination of all electrical and plumbing trades.
