Provided GC services to build-out a University office suite. Scope included demolition, installation of framing and drywall, drop ceilings with custom lighting, ceramic tile, custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, self-leveling sub floor with parterre floor covering, suite door and frame replacement, and painting of surfaces throughout. The contract also included coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and mechanical services throughout.
