Subsconscious Sandwich & Deli Shop, New York

Provided GC and design build services to deliver the complete renovation of a high-end sandwich shop, and full service commercial kitchen.  The scope of work included installation of new storefronts with custom drapery, installation of stone tile with stainless decorative inlays, multi-tiered ceilings with custom lighting, and custom fabricated metal canopies with canvas enclosures. Using our in-house millwork facility, fabricated new custom in front of all refrigeration, installed stainless steel wall panels in all kitchen areas, and custom product cabinetry throughout, The contract also included coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical and mechanical services throughout; including audio/visual system.
