Provided GC services to reconfigure an existing office suite. Scope involved demolition of finishes and select partitions throughout the suite; installation of new walls, ceiling and floor finishes; fabrication of custom pantry cabinets; and painting. The contract also included coordinating the installation of a complete new electrical service throughout the suite. All work was completed within a condensed timeline to minimize the disruption to the adjacent offices.
