Provided GC and CM services to deliver the complete renovation and reconfiguration of an 8-story University dormitory including Suites, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Corridors, and Lobby. This ongoing multi-phased project is being completed over three summers and covers 68,000 ft.² of renovated space. The scope of work includes demolition of walls and floors, installation of framing and drywall, drop ceilings with custom lighting, new bathroom ceramic wall and floor tiles with custom borders, kitchen cabinets with solid surface counters and back splashes, self-leveling sub floor with parterre floor covering, suite door and frame replacements, installation of tile in elevator landings, carpeting in all corridors, creation of new ADA bathrooms, creation of new kitchen and suite lounges, installation of new signage, moldings and trims, skimcoat and paint ceiling and wall surfaces throughout. Using our in-house millwork facility, a custom security desk was fabricated for the Lobby. The contract also includes coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm and mechanical services throughout.
