Provided GC and CM services to deliver the complete renovation and reconfiguration of the University dormitory Suites, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Corridors, Stairwells, and Lobby throughout the entire building including the upgrade and restoration of existing lounge. The scope of work included demolition on walls and floors, installation of framing and drywall, drop ceilings with custom lighting, new bathroom ceramic wall and floor tiles with custom borders, kitchen cabinets with granite counters and back splashes, self-leveling sub floor with parterre floor covering, suite door and frame replacements, installation of stone tile in elevator landings, carpeting in all corridors, creation of new ADA bathrooms, creation of new kitchen and suite lounges, creation of new data closets, installation of new signage, moldings and trims, skimcoat and paint ceiling and wall surfaces throughout. Using our in-house millwork facility, fabricated custom wood wainscot wall panels in the main lounge, custom oak display cases with glass inserts in corridors. The contract also included coordinating the installation of complete new plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm and mechanical services throughout. The overall project covered 33,500 ft.² of renovated space.
